The Double Pixlcat Box is two of our signature Pixlcat Boxes: twelve chef-selected butter mochi pieces packed in two pink Pixlcat boxes (6 pieces each) and shipped fresh nationwide from our Boston kitchen. Handmade in small batches at the world's first butter mochi café, this is our take on Hawaiian-style butter mochi; soft, bouncy, chewy, cake-like, caramelized at the edges. Send one as a gift and keep one for yourself, or give the pair together; the easiest gift we make, doubled.
Each round piece is baked with a caramelized outer edge and a soft, bouncy, cake-like chew throughout; the rice-flour texture mochi lovers know, in the format that made Pixlcat famous. Imagine if a cookie, a cupcake, and mochi had a baby.
Made with mochiko sweet rice flour, real butter, coconut milk, eggs, and cane sugar. Naturally gluten-free by ingredient; no wheat flour, ever. No artificial flavors. No preservatives.

Shipping: Ships nationwide to the continental U.S. Orders placed Monday–Wednesday ship with 2-day service, with the goal of arriving before the weekend. We do not ship Thursday–Sunday to avoid packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Free shipping on orders $50+.
Best enjoyed: Within 3 days at room temperature for best texture, up to 4 days refrigerated, or up to 2 months frozen.
